Applying
What do I need to apply?
Identity and business information, payout onboarding, insurance documents, work experience, project photos, service preferences, and signed provider agreements.
How long does approval take?
Applications are manually reviewed after all required information is complete.
Why is identity information required?
Verification is required to enable platform payments and payouts.
Can I apply as an individual?
Yes, subject to the platform’s identity, insurance, tax, and business requirements.
Jobs
Do I pay for leads?
No. Providers do not pay to view, accept, or decline jobs.
How do I know what I will earn?
The provider payout is shown before acceptance.
When do I receive the full address?
After the job is accepted and assigned.
Can I change the scope onsite?
Material changes must be documented and approved through the platform before additional work begins.
Can I collect cash or Zelle from the customer?
No. All job-related payments and change orders must stay on the platform.
Photos and location
Why are photos required?
They document the original condition, hidden conditions, work stages, and final result.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to three per work area per applicable stage.
Are providers tracked all day?
No. Location collection is limited to active-job workflows.
What if GPS is inaccurate?
Submit an exception with arrival evidence and an explanation.
Payments and customer issues
Do I request payment after a job?
No. Payment processing begins automatically after completion approval or expiration of the review period.
How quickly will I be paid?
The applicable payout schedule and current status appear in the platform.
What happens if a customer reports a problem?
The job enters review, relevant funds may be held, and evidence from both parties is reviewed.
What happens if my bank payout fails?
Update the payout destination through the Stripe-hosted account flow.
Account and compliance
What happens when my insurance expires?
The provider may be unable to accept new jobs until updated proof is approved.
Can I change my service area?
Yes, subject to supported market availability.
Can I pause job offers?
Yes. Set the account to unavailable without closing it.
How do I receive updates?
Choose email notifications and, in the native mobile app, mobile push. The website does not send browser notifications.
